Always a nice experience

Nice diffuser, some delivery issues
I purchased the disco ball aroma diffuser and some autumn fragrance oil. The diffuser looks great, very unique, and works well to fill my living room with scent. The ordering process was straightforward. However, my package got stuck in transit for a couple of days longer than the estimate, eventually taking 9 days to reach me. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, but they couldn't expedite it. The product quality is high, but the delivery could be more reliable.
